Needed our garage to be extended by 1 foot. Was told by Teo/Miguel that we didn’t need a permit. He was friendly and everything was going well until the towns building inspector paid us a visit and said we in fact needed a permit. Teo/Miguel said they had a license and can submit paperwork to the town. A few days past waiting for them to send us their license # and detailed info but nothing. We tried calling them multiple times no answer. We were ghosted. They didn’t clean up all the building garbage in our yard and just left. We def did not deserve this and this way this was handled very extremely unprofessional. I’m not sure if they have a license or not but if they didn’t they could have been transparent and kept communication. Not sure why there are so many good ratings but buyer beware!
Work was finished on time, as the weather permitted. Teo and his staff were very friendly, talented and accommodating. I had the entirety of my house's exterior replaced, including roofing, siding, fencing, gutters and various other upgrades. Teo is a magician.
We highly highly recommend Almighty Home Improvement. Teo and his team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled. Our home looks fabulous. They did top notch work and great to work with. Very professional, and there to take care of your family’s biggest investment. Teo was so patient and reliable every step of the way. He never made us feel rushed - always offered so much advise and direction on our home design. A pleasure to work with and we are excited to work with him again for our next home project. Teo values his work and assures top quality. We would give 100 Star review if we could. I loved working with John. He was responsive and his team was professional and knew the job! Working in the winter months poses scheduling challenges but John was always in touch. Work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. I was kept informed about delays in getting materials (e.g. gutter guards) and John was attentive to completing the job tasks in a timely manner. I also want to say that I live on Islesboro -- working according to a ferry schedule is a challenge. John and Jordan (the #2 person) worked well around the many challenges. THANKS!!!! Work done: roofing, skylights, gutter covering, tree removal.
The crew replaced ( with vinyl)the soffits , facia wood, and installed new 6” screened gutters and downspouts . The work was completed exactly as discussed . They were careful, professional, polite, got the job done right and on time. All debris was cleaned up and taken away . Teo, Carlos and the crew took great pride in their work .
